1. Agreement
By creating an account or using RefStamp you agree to these Terms. If you use RefStamp on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
RefStamp lets you generate sequential reference numbers and QR authentication stamps and insert them into documents, and lets recipients verify a reference via a public verification page. Verification confirms that a reference was issued by a RefStamp account and its current status; it is not a determination of the legal validity, accuracy, or authenticity of the underlying document's contents.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use RefStamp to create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, or to impersonate any person or entity.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in breach of others' rights.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed through Paystack. Fees, plan limits and billing cycles are as described at sign-up. [TO CONFIRM: pricing, refund and cancellation terms]
6. Intellectual property
RefStamp and its software are owned by Onyx Blu Service. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited [TO CONFIRM: liability cap]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing law & changes
